The staff was great and motivated and my stay was decent, will come back. Everything was wonderful at this hip new hotel. The rooms were brand-new and exceptionally good with kitchenette and pull out couch, as for instance, I loved that. The location was awesome - next to concert venue, many restaurants, and Concord Mills, UNC Charlotte.

Modern hip new hotel. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a small fridge in the room. Clean bathrooms with a tub. Awesome, favourable location right next to everything especially. Also - close to concert venue for the evening, and many restaurants. Such great experience there.

It was convenient base for traveling to Concord, I was glad to stay there. It had a great location just off the race track, comfortable room, hearty breakfast, the Mall at Concord, NC, and shopping areas. Concord Mills district was worth exploring. The staff was very nice and motivated, offered exceptional services.

It was an upscale hotel, I would definitely come back. The rooms were brand-new, the pool was heated, wonderful place.

The food was excellent - a great selection of options. Beautiful room, wonderful complete with couch and a king bed, for instance, truly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was so close to shopping areas, the cars, trucks driving down the highway, and the race track, comfortable room, hearty breakfast.

Really enjoyed beautifully maintained room with pull out couch, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The hotel was upscale and in a central location.

The location was central, marvellous near concert venue for the evening. In the evening we went to Ruby Tuesday, located at a medium distance from the hotel.

Nothing not too like!

I stayed at Springhill Suites for a concert at PNC Music Pavilion. The hotel is conveniently located near the venue, UNC Charlotte, and Concord Mills. The spacious and clean room had a comfortable bed, updated amenities, and a microwave, refrigerator, sink. The friendly staff went above and beyond, allowing me to check in early and even giving me a ride to the airport. The breakfast had a good variety, and the heated pool was a great bonus. The non-smoking policy with outdoor smoking benches was a smart touch.

I do recommend this hotel.
