The staff was great and motivated. Everything was wonderful at this hip new hotel. the rooms were brand-new and exceptionally good with a kitchenette and pull-out couch. the location was awesome - next to a concert venue, many restaurants, Concord Mills, and UNC Charlotte. I loved that.

The food was excellent - a great selection of options. Beautiful room, wonderful complete with couch and a king bed, for instance, truly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was so close to shopping areas, the cars, trucks driving down the highway, and the race track, comfortable room, hearty breakfast.

The hotel has exceptionally comfortable beds and clean bathrooms with a tub. the location is awesome, right next to everything like the concert venue and many restaurants. It was such a great experience staying there.

The hotel had a great location near the race track, the Mall at Concord, and shopping areas. the room was comfortable, and they served a hearty breakfast. the staff was very nice and offered exceptional services.

Beautiful rooms, we didn't feel like leaving.

No reason to complain, the venue met the purpose, would definitely recommend it.

Bathroom door would not lock in room 503.there was dust about 1/2 inch thick on the exhaust fan in bathroom and goldfish crackers on the counter when we entered. we always stay here yearly but cleanliness is a factor may have to reconsider next year

The location here is great! It's super convenient, especially if you're heading to a concert nearby. We grabbed dinner at Ruby Tuesday in the evening, which was just a short walk away. 🍽️ Overall, a top spot to be for a fun night out!
